"What's Old Is New Again"
Vintage Bazaar, New England ..... https://www.waterville.com/basiccalendar/2022/6/19/vintage-bazzar-new-england ...... icy cold Corcoran's Pond town beach and swim area is open to everyone for totally free ...... ditto that totally free for parking in the ski area parking lot and hiking up 3997' Mt Tecumseh ..... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mount_Tecumseh ..... formerly a 4003' mountain until it got a new resurveyed height measurement in July 2019, so it is no longer one of the 48 NH 4000'-ers ...... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Four-thousand_footers .....and NH has gone from 48 to 47 4000'-ers ..... or something!
It seems totally logical to me to figure that Mt Tecumseh must have shrunk down by six feet, from 4003' down to 3997', from under the weight of all that Waterville Valley ski area JUNK that's been installed up there, over the last 56-years since 1966 ..... :eek2: ..... https://www.waterville.com/cams
Well, so much for this survey height measurement and now back to the Vintage Bazaar, held on Saturday and Sunday in Waterville Valley ....... sounds very Bazaar!
Maybe bring along a bicycle and go pedal the local flat paved roads, all around the Valley.
