Osteopath or chiropractor recommendation

I'd like to find a decent osteopathic doctor or possibly a chiropractor for a recent sport injury/realignment issue. Not interested in the chiro approach of you need to see me ten times so I can fix you (and pay for my kid's tuition).
Any recommendations of Drs. in the lakes region who would be good for a middle age sport issue would be appreciated.
