Always call ahead. We almost never wait. It’s not a reservation but putting your name on a wait list.

It is expensive but worth it.

It is expensive but worth it.Meh. I enjoy going, but I'll take Benton's, Heritage Farm, or Intervale—all much closer—over Polly's. At one point, I would've put Parker's in there, but the last few times we visited haven't been awesome. Benton's, though? Goddamn has that place nailed it these last couple years—only S/S, though, which is not where this thread started.

I do love me some pancake house!

We like Heritage Farm too.You ever try Margaret's Kitchen in Sanbornton? We tried it one morning when Heritage Farm was jammed—I got the chicken and waffles, and it was ridiculous.
