Hi -

We're coming to our lake home for Christmas break, and my 10 and 7 year olds and I are wondering if there are any indoor batting cages we could go to this time of year? Our house is in the Gilford/Laconia area, but we're willing to drive to other parts of the lake or out to Tilton. One key thing for us is that either the machines in the cage can pitch at young Little Leaguer speeds (40 - 45 MPH) or the setup is such that I can pitch to the boys in the cage.

Thanks for any help, and a Merry Christmas to all!
Frank

Nothing that I know of, any I'm familiar with are outside and closed.

Don't know if they have them, but you might want to call Fun Spot

Funspot doesn't unless they've been recently added. :(

If you wanted to travel to Bedford Nh (only about 45 minutes) there is a place there called Rising Stars. Two indoor complexes for baseball, soccer lacrosse etc. You can check out their website and maybe give them a call about the cages. I know they have them. we just had a baseball tournament there a few weeks ago. Great place.

Hey, thanks! Assuming we can't find anything closer, we'll call them up and give it a shot. I looked at their website, and it certainly looks like they have cages I can use to pitch to the boys even if their machines are too fast.
