Aren't there a lot of French-affiliated Canadians living in and / or visiting the lakes region?
If so, wouldn't they (and others) welcome an affordable French bistro or restaurant?
Given the prior Swiss offerings when it was The William Tell, reinventing it to offer food from its neighbor, France, might resonate.
I'd probably love it, is what I'm saying; what say you?

French-affiliated Canadians
A distinction might need to be made on Quebecois or Acadian.
Especially, poutine.

Acadian:Yum!

Quebecois: Yuk.
Showing my Acadian heritage, but won't bring up Cajun food. :liplick:

I've never seen the Acadian version of that, but given the fact I love pork pie and pork stuffing, I want to try some!!

Absolutely! Mise en Place is excellent and authentic, in both food and style/ambience. :)
