What are people submitting for receipts? I found mine only had name of marina. The form states it must have my name also. I remember years ago I had stapled an invoice to the credit card receipt, so each must have had some info.

You can write your name on the top of the slip. Been doing it for years. Of course it must have date and gallon.

I put "Return Address" labels on the back of each receipt - quick and never been a problem

Thanks all. Had last boated in 2005, so they would still write out slip with gallons purchased then had the CC imprint receipt.
