One of the bugs with the old PhotoPost software was that the disk space quotas were not imposed. Most users had a quota of 2 MB but the software didn't stop you from going over that limit. I have now increased that base quota to 4 MB but some may have already exceeded that.
The new software that was installed earlier today does enforce the quota and some of you may not be able to post additional pictures.
If you find yourself over quota just send me an email and I'll consider increasing your quota. To qualify for additional space I will verify that you post high-quality pictures that include good titles and descriptions (very important for search indexing).

As I expected, some members are above their original quota and are being asked to delete pictures to make room. Please do not delete any pictures. Just email me and I'll adjust your quota.
I've gone through the member list and placed some of the most active members in a high quota (or no quota) usergroup. You can see the status of your available space by checking the "User File Limits" pane on the "Upload Photos" page.

need more space pleaseI've increased your quota to 10 MB. Most of your pictures are around 500K. If you just load and resave your picture with a program like Paint Shop Pro, Gimp or PhotoShop it will compress them to a much smaller file size.
