Pasta Patio, next to "Vacman and Bobbin," no longer has the For Sale signs up, anywhere. Does anyone know what's going on? Was it sold?

Pasta Patio, next to "Vacman and Bobbin," no longer has the For Sale signs up, anywhere. Does anyone know what's going on? Was it sold?

Not sure but it could be a case were there is no brokers. I do not think Weeks Commercial who had the listing is operating any longer.
