Portsmouth trip this week !

I'm planning a Portsmouth trip this week with some friends, and need some suggestions for a seafood restaurant with a water view.

Some that come to mind are:
BG Boathouse
The River House
Old Ferry Landing

Haven't been to any of the above, but would like feedback by any members who have, and any other suggestions, but definitely would like view.

Old Ferry Landing is awesome and quintessentially Portsmouth. It's also convenient for walking around downtown. That would get my vote.

Technically not in Portsmouth, but right across the Rout 1A bridge at 11 Water Street in Kittery, has fantastic seafood and normally has a huge salad bar which unfortunately is closed due to Covid-19 but they serve a very good garden salad with choice of house made dressings. They have other items but seafood is the specialty.

We recently ate on the deck over the water at Martingale Wharf and were pleased with the food and service. Reservations suggested.
