Trying to get an idea on the cost of a boat slip for the season for a 25ft 81/2 ft beam. I know that the 2021 rates are not out just yet but trying to get an idea. Thank you. Sorry, prefer Wolfeboro, Gilford,Alton area.

It may help your inquiry if you show an area of the lake that you prefer.....

Maybe call WAM and get on their list and an idea of pricing. Also, possibly Parker Marine but there is a low bridge to go under. Good luck!

Welcome to the Forum.
Others have posted here, so Forum search may be helpful. I'd say $3000-$5000 for a smaller boat like yours. Not that you're small exactly, but many condo or full service marina slips are aimed at larger boats so you pay for the larger slip even though you may not need it. Then, what amenities? Beaches, bathhouses, laundry, extra guest parking, full time mechanics, etc. This a good time to get on wait lists, as in a couple of weeks existing renters will be renewing (or not) for 2021. Don't neglect valet as a way to be on the lake while you wait for a slip to become available. Probably $2000-$2500. Good luck.

Some marine dealers,or yacht clubs that are under the control of marine dealers, will only add you to the wait list at this time.

That is true, even if they know they will have available slips for next year.

Many of them wait until they see what they sell at next years boat shows so they know what they need to provide to their boat purchasers.. There is a large segment of boaters who don't, won't, can't, or shouldn't trailer a boat.

Valet will run around $2,600. At least that’s what we paid for this season for a rack space that would accommodate your size boat.
