Septic pump diamond island

Can anyone recommend someone who can replace our septic pump on Diamond Island?
Need it done ASAP as we have guests this week from California

I had Lamprey Septic replace mine last summer. It had to be pumped first, so I had Island Services out of Meredith come pump out with their septic barge first.

50% of the time of more, it's the septic tether float switch and not the pump that needs to be replaced. The $300 pumps are very, very, durable and can last for 25+ years. A tether float switch is basically a heavy duty extension cord, about 4' long with a float switch built in that is relatively easy to replace, like an extension cord, and cost about 25-dollars at Lowe's.

The tether float switch turns the pump on and off, as needed. Sometimes the float gets stuck/coated up with septic and will no longer float or something, or it gets dried out on top and cracks inside, over the years, and no longer works.

Mine failed a few years ago because a bad connection on the main feed sent 220 v into everything that got turned on, lights, pump, etc. A guest tracked that down; we bailed the cistern into every bucket and wastebasket available. Replaced the pump, and poured the buckets back into the system. This was on a Saturday. The guests were already there, so no time to call a service company.
These pumps last a long, long time, so determining reason for failure before replacing could be important.
