Seasonal park model camper in the heart of weirs beach Lake Winnipesaukee. I am selling our unit to buy a travel trailer. This unit is in a small park of 14 units right near the rotary at the weirs channel bridge. It has 2 bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other has bunk beds and a kitchen table that converts into another bed. The living room has a chair and a pull out couch. The kitchen has stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, double sink and plenty of storage. The bathroom has a real toilet that is hooked to city sewer. No pumping! Tub/shower. Has central ac and heat. Outside is a deck that runs along the front of the unit. A area for fire pit also! Included in the sale is patio furniture, fire pit, umbrella, gas grill! Weirs beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops, mt.washington, all within a five minute walk! The fees are 3750.00 per year and are paid for this year. The yearly fee includes water, sewer, electricity, rental of the land, trash pickup, and grounds maintenance. Pets are allowed and our unit is set up for dogs as the entire deck and area of back yard are all enclosed.
