this is great news, but one has to ask how they are able to add slips to their shore front?

Knowing the owners, I am sure they applied for the proper permits before announcing the new dock. Maybe "Shore Things" can enlighten us :)

Launched the boat yesterday, looked for a place for lunch. Noticed AKWA Marina Beach Bar had new docks. Easy parking, docks look great. Not sure if there are as many parking spots.
Picnic tables set up for eating, food was good, as usual, had an issue with the breeze trying to blow our umbrella/table over. Otherwise lunch was good, definitely going back.

The band, Bend the Ride, played at AKWA Marina Beach Bar on Sunday afternoon. Had a great crowd and a good time.

We will playing at the Broken Spoke Saloon this Friday night. Hope to see some of you there.

Let the summer begin !
