Could be any of a variety of berries available to the bears of the area.
Blackberry, blueberry, huckleberry, choke cherry, and I'm sure if you were to check the fur on the bear's behind you would find the elusive dingleberry! :D

If the OP put a dollar bill beside the bear poop for reference you would see that it is way to big for a raccoon...
