Do they weigh the person picking before and after?

Asking for a friend...

Good question. Of course they weigh the container before and after. Not having a proper person scale I think that they gauge consumption by tongue color. I try to keep my mouth closed. :D

Jam is very expensive . Made on the best island on Winnipesaukee, you know. 85% discount if it comes from West Alton.

I finally planted a row of raspberries in my veggie garden. Been spraying but bugs are eating my leaves. I hope I can get something this year.

There is a variety called "Durham" developed at UNH that I believe is resistant to local bugs. I'm not sure where to buy, but the extension service can probably help. My father used to grow these.

Just caught one of the little (bug)gers. Japanese beetles are the culprits. Gotta put out those hanging traps.
