Does anyone have any information for the property under agreement on Moultonboro Neck Rd. about 1/2 mile from Route 25?

It is a large track of land on both sides of the road, and has a number of garages. The snowmobile trail also appears to run along and through this land.

The property is located beyond the Avery location heading away from Route 25.

The Moultonboro Tax Map shows the property on the right as an 18 acre parcel at 276 Moultonboro Neck Rd. Map ID 166033000000.

The Tax Map shows the property on the left as a 5 acre parcel at Stanyan Road.
Map ID 165002000000.

The properties are owned by the same individual according to the Town records, and surveyors were working on it. "Under Agreement" signs were posted along the properties.

Part of the land is listed as a farm, and question if anyone know what in store for this property.

Yes I am also curious about what is happening with the old Davidson Place on Moultonborough Neck Rd. It would be wonderful to see some of this open space maintained. Does anyone know what is going on there and what the plans are for development. The reference above was to the Stephenson Landscape redevelopment of the old Avery property.
