Watercraft found afloat on Winni

Yesterday (5/1/2019) I found an unoccupied watercraft floating on the lake. I retrieved it and made it secure. It has been reported to Marine Patrol.

I sure hope it was unoccupied when it started its journey!

Where? What sort of boat?

It was a small craft, no motor, adrift to the northeast of Long Island.
