Are you sure? They just played in Boston last week and in the paper was an article with him talking about overcoming lyme disease. But he said he was well enough to play. The reviews said it was a great show too!

Yes jkjoshuatree, I'm very sure the concert has been cancelled.
Meadowbrook Musical Arts Center (http://www.meadowbrook.net/) has sent out e-mails and has a bulletin posted on their site.
Did you have tickets?

Meadowbrook quote: "Tickets to this postponed event will be honored for the new date when it becomes available and do not need to be exchanged. Refunds are available at point of purchase."

Grant,
Speaking of Ratdog, I was watching the VH1 Classic show, Hangin' With, where they filmed them playing in their studio and noticed a NH license plate with RATDOG on it attached to the front of their effects rack.

Ratdog's venue selections can be strange. Here in greater Philadelphia, they always play this joint called the Electric Factor -- an old warehouse converted for concerts. Bad acoustics, bad part of town. Meanwhile, the *smart* bands and artists are taking advantage of more intimate settings such as the Keswick and Sellersville Theaters and, more recently, another old Vaudeville era theater in Phoenixville. (And here's the Lake-related content to keep things relevant...) So I was glad to see them play Meadowbrook. I wish Lesh & chums would play there (especially when I'm up there).

That's where Bobby played on the night JG died. They seem to get a good lineup.

I wonder if Great Waters has posted their schedule for '06. My brother caught the Blind Boys of Alabama there last summer.
