I have searched and search, but cannot find the Winter Carnival for Alton anywhere. It is not even in the Alton Parks and Rec calendar. Anyone have any idea if it has been scheduled?

There seems to not be a flyer for the Alton Bay Winter Carnival. I cannt find the event on any of the town calendars. Does anyone have a link to the events and flyer?

Because Alton Parks and Recreation doesn't sponsor it, they don't put squat out about it.
