Diving ragged island?

Last weekend I saw Dive Winni's boat at the south end of Ragged Island. This is not a site that I would have thought to dive. Is there anything interesting there? If there is I'll have to check it out next weekend while I'm up there.

I do not know about Ragged, but I totally enjoyed snorkeling on the northwest side of Parker. Cool rock formations.
