Although Winnisquam related, it is Lakes Region related.

Hi BH
I'm a little confused on one section
They mention an RV Resort Proposal for the Anchorage property.
Is this for campers? or are they planning on more cabins, which are not really RVs.
That would be a perfect place for a campground.

Believe it is a tear down. Two hundred RV pads. Question remains how many new docks. Estimates I read are 100 new boaters on Winnisquam!

There's only maybe 8 to 10 docks there now? they would have room over the other side to put in new ones though, IF they could get approvals for them.
I'd go seasonal if they are actual RV pads though. Should be interesting.

good question, but how would that be, in NH you can only have so many docks per linear feet of shoreline, unless you are in a marina status which would need approval and have to provide 5 out of 7 services (or is it 3 out of 5) or you existing structure is grandfathered and just replacing

They have a very large amount of shoreline. Their sign reads a mile of shoreline, not sure about that, if approved for a valet service thu
