Hit and Run

Cantin's has just told me how much it is going to cost to repair my little red Chevy Colorado :eek: . The damage was done by some JERK 4 weeks ago at the hardware store parking lot in Meredith. Just on a chance, did anyone happen to see the incident? My pickup and Cougar trailer were parked in the back row in the outer slot. THe right side of my bumper was dented in, the airdam half ripped off, and my foglight broken. Obviously a very noticable impact. The vehicle (or trailer) that hit me left behind some medium gray paint. I know this is fishing, but I sure would like to run this insouciant little coward as far up the legal system as it can go. Any clues anyone??

Best of luck finding the person. If it was a trailer, could they have hit you and not noticed? If so, hopefully you'll find them and they'll pay up without a problem.

Ya know, sometimes things go your way and sometimes they don't. Last year someone hit my car and came into the restaraunt I was eating to try to find me. He could have just left a note etc, but took the extra effort.

Of course my wallet is still recovering from the girl who I "sold" Dave matthews tickets to that never paid.

Not having any collision insurance is just another way of saying that you want to be self-insured.

Did you ever hear about the tiny-weenie fender-bender where the driver who was just barely tapped ever so lightly from behind at a stop light gets out of his car and say "Ouchie, ouch ouch, oh my back hurts! The he says it again, and again, and again. He keeps repeating the same line to the police dept, the fire dept, the ambulance, and the emergency room, the chiropractic clinic, and personal injury attorney. All he ever says is "Ouch, my back!"
