View Full Version : Where can I rent a slip for a week?

I'm planning a week on Winni this summer, staying at The Summit in Laconia.

But I'm having a very difficult time finding anyplace to put my boat. It's a 23' wakeboard boat (no tower). I've tried many of the marinas around, but it seems that nobody does weekly rentals - not even valet. (Fay's might - but won't know if they have any room until March.)

I'd much prefer not to have to trailer it in and out every day.

I'm wondering if there are any other places I'm missing.

Any of you fine folks have ideas or know someone who might be interested?

Thanks!

Jeff

Jeff, go to the Classified Ad section of this site and post a want ad looking for docking for your week. You may get a lead on a private dock in the area. And the ad is free! Good luck.

Fay's in Gilford generally has slips available to rent daily or on a short term basis. You need to do it well in advance to be sure you get a slip. http://faysboatyard.com/

Jeff good morning! Do you have the summit reserved yet? I own unit 304 ground floor mid August. I also can accommodate your boat at my dock in west Alton a nice calm cove.Barry
