We have found extremely well qualified contractors on this site. Courteous, prompt, priced right, doing good work.

Found people for floor tiling, toilet installation and an electrician. Interestingly enough we were told that the contractors in the area didn't want to work. Appears some people didn't make the correct call.

I am a retired workaholic and continuing aquaholic.

Larry is awesome, his work is top notch and his prices are reasonable.

Here is the one catch. To the best of my knowledge he is the only good, reasonably priced floor wood floor guy any where around so he typically books 6 to 9 months in advance.

What exactly does restore floor mean to you?

Have laminate flooring in kitchen, about 15 yrs old.

It's in good condition, but want to bring back some of the luster & shine as when new.

I wash floor every two weeks with water/vinegar combo, and that cleans ok, but doesn't really shine.

I have a linoleum floor installed in 1978. It took a high traffic beating but it is in great shape. I decided to use Mr Clean floor scrubber and Clorax all purpose cleaner with bleach. the combination did a great job taking years of grime, dirt and stain off! I had to rinse the water a number of times. It got black quickly.
I did a second going over and it did the trick! The floor is like new except for a few normal gouges. I used a linoleum restorer, I can't recall the product, from Home Beautiful. It filled in all the minute cracks and gave the old floor a new life!

We have found excellent results with Armstrongs "New Beginnings" as a heavy duty cleaner and "Once 'n Done" as a regular no rinse maintenance product.
