Ever worry it is going to fall in the water or on a car??

Short answer: Yes.

I had a close call a few months ago when the on board system failed...it gave me less than 30 seconds to try and land it...I was out over water at the time. I jammed the controls toward shore without thinking about lowering altitude and it ended up in a tree (the company took responsibility for the damage caused from the crash and from getting it down from the tree and repaired the faulty computer)

I try not to fly over busy traffic frequently or, if I do, fly just to the side of the road.

As for people..it's just not worth the risk.
