I think it's also called Lobster in the Rough.

Went tonight with a friend and we both agreed, the whole belly fried clams were equal at least, if not better than Sawyers or Pops...Excellent. If you asked for better clams, I don't know what would have changed.

We had a great view of the Mt. Washington docked, the beach and the Lake.

So for all the bitc&*% about The Weirs not having a purpose to go, this place is. This was my third visit in two years. Impressed by the food, service, price and upstairs atmosphere. It's accessible by boat.

I went there twice last year with my son and his girlfriend. I had steamers and they were awesome.

Went last yr after a terrible experience at Tower Hill Tav. Loved the Weathervane. Good food, cheap beers & very friendly staff. I'll be back there.

Good to know. Sawyer's ran out of clams last weekend (second day) and we're still craving our fix. Thank you!

Went again two nights ago and had steamers. Perhaps the best I've had...$14.95. My companion had fried clams ($19.95) and she said they were the best she has had. The staff was fun, friendly and very attentive.
