After about 3 weeks offline I got a camera running this weekend at a temporary location on Paugus Bay. The camera is also temporary since I have been unable so far to retrieve the WeirsCAM camera from the roof of the pier.

The quality and view are not perfect but it's better than nothing at this point. Please be patient as I work on improving it.

Since I installed it on Saturday I've received some very harsh messages. Please lighten up folks. There are over 20 other webcams around the lake you can view. 16 of them have thumbnails and links on the WeirsCAM page (http://www.winnipesaukee.com/index.php?pageid=weirscam).

Can someone tell me where I can find this picnic table that is showing in the webcam, so I can get a picture there? The cam says Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. Thanks so much!

Most webcam operators do this for the love of the lake and do not deserve rants from the audience. Don, our beloved webmaster, has done more for the Lake Winnipesaukee community than anyone else over the years. We use his site for free! Sure, I miss the WeirsCam, but that chapter is closed and we move on.

If you want to see all the other cams, I have many on my site at http://www.Rattlesnakecam.com/watch.htm.
