MSC ANNUAL MEETING/BBQ AND ELECTIONS
Date: April 16, 2016
Cocktails: 5:00 – 6:00
Dinner: 6:00 - ?
Place: Suissevale Clubhouse
Hi Everyone!
Things are shaping up nicely for our Annual BBQ/Meeting. The Suissevale Clubhouse will have the outdoor deck for extra space, a place for grilling, the playground for the kids, and hopefully warm weather like we are having! The Club will be providing the grilled meats, homemade baked beans provided by George’s Diner, chips, and soft drinks. The salads, sides and desserts will be potluck. Everyone is welcome to BYOB, of course. If you could please RSVP to let us know approximately how many will be coming, the Board would appreciate it. It will help us plan for the amount of food needed. There will be door prizes for adults AND kids so bring the whole family! We will be discussing potential, new equipment, ideas for events, plans for trail improvements, and an overview of this year’s season.
If you know of friends or neighbors that are interested in joining the club next year, please invite them along. We always welcome new faces. Come out, enjoy the evening with friends, and come with your ideas on how we can make next season the best one ever!
Finally, help with setup, grilling, and cleanup are always needed and appreciated. Please let me know what you can do to help!
