So Where are the "Tropical Places" in NH?

Yes, I know... a bit of a crazy question!

I own a tropical product line that I sell online. T-Shirts, accessories, etc. No links or names as it will violate the forum rules.

BUT, I live in NH as I just moved back to my home state from FL. With my new product lineup, I need to take photos of products, models, etc. The problem of course is the temp is 35 degrees, snowy, and there isn't a tropical beach around.

Shy of heading down to Bahama Breeze in Nashua and talking to them, I am not aware of any tropically decorated place to visit for a photo shoot. The Town Docks have that Caribbean vibe... but again.. snow!

Does anyone have any insight of a tropical place, likely indoors, that even Jimmy Buffett would want to visit when in NH?

Bahama Breeze is actually in Tyngsboro Ma.....I think it has something to do with meals tax being less in MA.....imagine MA tax being lower than NH!
Maybe after the rain tomorrow you could use weirs beach :laugh:

Ah common, take a few tax deductible trips to someplace tropical for your photo shoots. At least you can justify that as a legit business expense...

Plus.... ding ding ding..... you've got a forum here full of models ready for an all expense paid trip to some place warmer during those cold dark days of winter! ;)

If the subjects of the photo shoot are suficiently attractive and minimally clad, a non-tropical background would likely go unoticed. :D

The Bahama Breeze in Tyngboro is a restaurant. And doubtful it's what you want. The "old" Bahama Breeze that was in Nashua, the building caved in and it's gone, has been for years, they never pulled down the sign.

The closest thing might be Kahuna Laguna up near Conway. But it's pretty much just indoor pools, if you just use close-ups it might work for you.

You will notice many of the restaurants on old Route 3 are in Tyngsboro. Not just the room and meals tax is cheaper, Mass regulations and enforcements are a bit less.

Ask the local studios if they have any stock shots/footage you can buy. They can also help with models and "photo-shop" services.

It's in Westford, MA (the town borders Nashua, NH). It is a large indoor garden with many tropical plants and butterflies. Also, it is always 80 degrees in there.

For a warm and tropical atmosphere, how's about that www.theparadisebc.com just across from the lake, in Weirs Beach. It is definitely open 52-weeks/year which is pretty danged good for a business in Weirs Beach ...... and very tropical!

Just an idea: you may not need palm trees for "tropical" clothing. I mean, just last week it was a balmy 35 out, and I saw a couple of folks walking around Wolfeboro in shorts and T-shirts (and with boots, gloves and a tuque).
