For a painter, call Sean Noe (455-8370) of Forrest Noe and Sons. They are the best painters in the area.

For an attorney, Ed Hibbard (524-2166) of Wescott Law is very good.

I've edited my post as you've requested. The incident is very public knowledge with widespread coverage including names and locations. I guess personal responsibility for actions is a thing of the past.
