Misty Harbor Area Boat Slip/Mooring

All: I recently purchased a condo unit at Misty Harbor I'm looking for a boat slip or mooring for rent within walking distance. I understand there are allot of marinas in there area. However, I am leaving a 900 dollar mooring I rented the last 4 years in Alton Bay. I am looking for something similar in price. Most of those marinas in the Misty Harbor area have much more expensive options. Thanks for reading.

What size is the boat?

Not aware of anything, anywhere near that price, but size has an impact on price.
