I do care taking around the Lakes Region. It is more like a hobby than a business. I get customers by word of mouth. I don't do weekends during the busy season because it is dangerous, LOL!

I no longer have a snow machine so I no longer check island properties in the winter.

Most 'pay me' by allowing me and the Miss use of the property off season.

I do small repairs and the Miss do general house cleaning.

Does anyone know of a caretaker that goes out to Long Island. I know there are 2 that do the work out this way but one is leaving that business and the other is an elderly gentleman who I would not want to slip and fall checking the house in the winter time.

DMJR on this forum owns Donnybrook Home services and does property checks and maintenance including snow removal. Miracle Farms started a property management business as well.

Thanks, I was aware Miracle Farms did it as well but I am not a fan whatsoever of that company but I will check out the other referral. Thanks
