Does anyone know what's going on with the Wolfeboro radio station, WASR?
Their daytime programming is comprised mostly of nationally syndicated talk shows with Fox Sports broadcast at night. On weekends they play "Oldies".
However, recently they seem to be having technical difficulties. Their satellite signal feeds frequently break up, much like what happens when listening to Sirius/XM radio in a vehicle when driving in the Lakes Region mountains. (Their actual 1420 AM broadcasts re-transmit these broken-up signals.) Also, their daytime syndicated talk show schedule is often replaced with "Oldies" music, such as is the case today.
This has been going on for quite some time. Does anyone know what WASR's situation is? Their website (www.wasr.net (http://www.wasr.net)) makes no mention of these apparent problems.
I'm not attempting to criticize the station, just curious what's going on.
