View Full Version : Fishing boat rental
Know it is short notice to be asking this. Want to know if anyplace on the lake rents fishing boats. Thanks much. Do have boating license and experience.

Trexlers rents a 17 foot Alumacraft that's pretty good for fishing. It's only has one season of use.

Our new place is on Hermit Lake (10 hp limit). Our circa 1960's Arkansas Traveler with a 6hp is great but I want to do some real boating in a couple weeks when we're up.
I'd like to rent a boat for an afternoon. All day is probably too much for the kids. Does anybody highly recommend a marina or maybe even where to steer away from?
Don't mean to hi-jack your thread but thought it was relevant enough. :)

I've rented from Goodhue Hawkins and Channel Marine. Both had great boats and service.
