Has anyone use marine 31 polish? I heard some good reviews on it only problem is you have to buy it online? Appreciate any input.

Not a popular product in NE. For polishing I usually use the 3M brands. Finish it off with a 3M sealant and use a nonowax such as Eagle 1.
This is roughly the same method used by local detailers.
I haven't tried the Marine-31 products.
I use 3M Finesse-It II:

I have a black hull and people were very impressed with the mirror finish on my hull even before I had a chance to add the Meguires Flagship Premium marine wax:
