Agatha Christie's classic play, The Mousetrap, comes to the Village Players stage this April 10,11,17,18,19.
The Mousetrap is the longest continuously running play in history and is in it's 63rd year of performances in London. (must be a pretty good play)
The story takes place in a newly opened guest house as five strangers arrive out of a snowstorm and become stranded. A murder had already taken place in a nearby town. A murderer is on the loose. Is one of them in the guest house?
This well-crafted mystery will have you guessing until then end.
Please join us in Wolfeboro for an entertaining evening or matinee.
Show times are 8:00 p.m. (except a 2:00 p.m. matinee' on the 19th)
Tickets are $12
British-themed concessions served at intermission.

Did that real life one in Wolfeboro get solved? I dont think so?
No, it didn't Vita. Nor did the one in Gilford-she had recently moved there from Wolfeboro.

Just so you know, tickets are selling fast for opening night. Tomorrow April 10th.
If you DO come to the show this weekend please post your review here.
This is one of the BEST shows I have worked on since coming to the Village Players. (aside from the musicals). This is a true Agatha Christie murder mystery that will keep you guessing until the end.

We have enjoyed many shows at this theater. The last (Seussical) far surpassed our expectations and was wonderful.
If you have the time and interest, well worth heading to Wolfeboro for a fun evening or afternoon, at little cost, all while supporting the local arts community.
We will be seeing this show, but not sure when yet. I will post feedback once we do. But it may be toward the end of the run. So if anyone attends early this weekend, please do so!

We were thinking of coming over this evening. Do you expect there to be tickets available at the door?

Attended Mousetrap last night with friends. What a great night. The production was fantastic. The suspense was riveting. The cast and crew were awesome. Don't miss this one. Congratulations to Cate and her production team. Agatha Christie would have been very proud. The Village Players represented her play with dignity and enthusiasm. I could feel Agatha was in the theater watching and smiling.
