Has anyone seen the white foam on Winni down by Black Cat and Becky's Garden???? Just noticed this morning. It's floating up onto my shore. Should I be concerned??

It depends... sometimes it's natural (and good or bad), sometimes it's man-made (and good or bad).
Here's a couple of good, explanatory links:
New Hampshire Environmental Services (http://des.nh.gov/organization/commissioner/pip/factsheets/bb/documents/bb-5.pdf)
Aquatic Restoration and Research Institute (http://www.arrialaska.org/foam-in-streams.html)
