Tamarack lobster roll special this weekend

I saw the Tamarack (near Fun Spot) is offering 2 lobster rolls for $18 this weekend.

They must be cleaning out the un-sold summer food inventory before closing for the winter:laugh:

We stopped going there a couple years ago....overpriced, sub-par food...soda cups are filled to the brim with ice so you only get a few ounces of soda, but you pay a couple bucks for it.

I'll go to Lakeside Deli for a lobster roll long before I would ever go to Tamarack for one.

There was a time a numbers of years ago when i would make the trip from moultonboro a few times per summer to get a lobster roll. I agree things went downhill and i haven't been back for years and will go to Red Hill

After several years away, my wife and I went back to the Tamarack for dinner a month ago. Clam plate was ok, not great and expensive. My wife's blt was horrible. Toast burnt. Food took forever even though the place was near empty. Ample staff visible inside. This used to be such a great place. Not anymore. Won't be back.

I've had four or five lobster rolls at the Tamarack this summer and have always thought they were FABULOUS! Lots of lobster, a little lettuce, a nicely-toasted hot dog roll, and just the right amount of mayo to hold the lobster together!:liplick:

I can't resist a deal so I stopped in and enjoyed the lobster rolls. I'm not usually a fan of lettuce in my lobster roll but there was a small enough quantity that it was still good. Hopefully they offer the deal again because I'd go back again for it!

They are soooo good!!!! And now I see they may be open all week long because the weather is predicted to be so nice! :)
