Is there any way to find out what island properties have sold in the last year and their selling prices? I'm particularly interested in Gilford, but any Winni islands would be helpful. I've pulled up a few records on Zillow, but wonder if there's another source. Thanks!

You can run searches on NNEREN.com for sold properties. This only will list out properties sold that were listed in the MLS.

Just hit the sold link, check off whatever towns your interested in and put "island" in the key word search and you're good to go.

There has been a few sales in the last year in Gilford. One sold on the back side of Mark at the beginning of June, it will not show on MLS as it was a private deal. Sold at $240k. Still a sore spot for me....

Our place closed in December in Gilford as well, that one will show up.

There was one that went very cheap on Lockes last summer.

Island sales seem to be good, but it depends on the price range. The higher end stuff, say $500k+ takes a while.
