I am looking for any information on Southdown Boat Club. What are their facilities and where are they located?

Southdown is a community of condo's and single family homes located on the west side of Paugus Bay in Laconia. The boat club is for residents only. The link below has some basic information.

Hi. We live at Southdown and keep our boat here. We own a boatrack, but rented one for the first 2 years when we used our home as a vacation home. We are now permanent residents in NH and it's great. We really enjoy Southdown and will answer any other questions you might have about it. It consists of townhouse condos, single family "condos" (i.e. unattached homes)and has tennis, boating, a great beach, walking trails, a couple of ponds and really nice folks live here.

We have a condo at Southdown Shores, as well. The Boat Club is a private facility associated with the development. In order to use the facilities, you either need to own a slip/berth or rent one. You need to be a resident or a renter to do this.
The Boat Club Facilities are quite good for boating. There is a number of day slips and moorings for temporary tieups. The staff is always helpful and professional. Facilities for PWCs have not been so good; that is another story.
Hope this helps
