Hi guys I have a Starr jetski lift that just broke
One of the sleeves that a bolt goes through on one of the cantilever legs in the front.
See photos
So does anyone know where I can either get this part or anyone that can fix it? I am guessing this is beyond repair

looks like it had been welded/brazed before. just repeat.

I would try East Coast Welding. They are on Route 11 almost across from Fays and Varney Point Road. They can weld aluminum. It looks like they could put a plate on it and straighten it and weld it. If not, they could replace the whole beam and weld your hardware to it.

I have had them come to the house and weld on the beams in my boathouse as well as repair things that I have taken over to them. They do a good job.

Thanks
I also wondering why there is no place to get already made replacement parts other than the hardware given the cost of a brand new one, must be that they do not break that often

Yes, it looks like something mated-up to it. There's another spot—inches away—ready to do the same thing. Does this piece rest on the lake bottom? A hidden rock may have stressed that spot.

I'd consider heli-arcing a long "sister piece" to reinforce the repair. Perhaps the manufacturer could help with a new piece even after the warrantee has run out.

that mark on the other side was where the bracket was, that was not re-welded there before
I looked up STARR, does not look like they make these anymore, but I am calling them today. I have to replace that cantilever leg and that piece
or weld them
The sleeves that the bolts go through on the legs all their welds broke as well
that was started this craziness
