Island theft

As it turns out, our neighbors on our island opened up today, and discovered someone had broken the door on their back shed, and stole some wood ( pieces seen dropped along the path )
Lots of ice fishermen near our island this winter, and snowmobile tracks through our property across the island.
Any other islanders experiencing this?
