Kidding aside, is that RE group relocated or was this part of a larger business collapse?

I have no knowledge of this office, but I do know that Berkshire Hathaway bought Prudential and changed the name. Or something like that. The foreclosure is interesting, but I think many offices were independently owned.
Perhaps one of the realtors on the board can fill us in on the state of their industry.

Spencer Hughes, with main office in Wolfeboro. The Alton office suffered a mass exodus some months ago. Not sure what is happening in Wolfeboro.

Seems to me a mass exodus from a single office signals something other than a gauge on the real estate market.

Maybe the owner lost it. Or if they did, just decided to retire, who knows.
Lot's of different reasons this could happen.
