We have a 2007 Lexus 250is with over 100,000 miles. We retired last year and moved to the Lakes Region full time last Fall. The car was purchased new and has always been serviced by a Lexus dealer in MA. Our last service was at a Lexus dealer in Manchester and we'd rather not return. Given the age of the car and the fact that we're now retired and watching our $$ we don't feel going to a dealer is necessary. Can anyone recommend a reliable, reasonable mechanic in the area who services Lexus, etc. Thanks

But he is certified to work on Nissan. Neil of Neil's Garage been great on my cars. Very honest, reliable and dependable. You need to wait for an appointment as he has a large following. Give him a call.

You can always go to Toyota to have it worked on. You might not get served designer coffee and crumpets while you wait, and no they won't wash and vacuum your car.... but at least your car will get OEM parts. The Toyota dealer will also be able to update your factory service record too.
That's where I go to get parts for my Lexus.

irwin toyota for a dealership. union ave auto (phil) for an independant shop.
We had good service on our Lex at Cantin in Laconia. Here's a second vote for Cantin. They service all makes of cars. They serviced my non-GM vehicle for many years and always did an excellent, honest job. The quality of their service dept. was one of the primary reasons I traded that non-GM vehicle in on a Chevrolet Silverado last December. The service manager there is a top-notch guy.

We have always had great service at Cantin for our GM vehicles, but I know from others (like DRH) that they service other makes. They really helped me out a few years back when I got a tank of contaminated fuel. They had me back on the road in a few hours when my car had been towed there.
