RG & McDude were wondering in the photopost section whether this building was still in existence. It was also a question that was posed to the readers of Alton's Main Street. Evidently there were several calls and emails, including one that said" boy, what a bunch of short memories". Per the article in the April 2005 Main Street, the building does in fact still exist in the Mount Major Park area, just north of Boulder Lodge. House was built in 1910, making it 95 years old.
Thanks for the post card posting so that those who don't get the Main Street can enjoy info about the building.
