Hi all,
Can anyone recommend a surveyor in Laconia Meredith area. I need to have a survey done for a lot that I own in the area. I know this question/topic was covered in another thread but it is dated (over three years old). I am looking for someone reputable with reasonable pricing.
Thanks in advance for your comments/referrals.

David M. Dolan right in Meredith now across from the town docks. He did my property on bear in 2006. Very professional on time and reasonable price.

I recommend Dave Dolan, also. On time and thorough.

I have used Dean Clark, DMC Surveyors, for many projects both at my island and mainland properties. 603-524-7655. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Good luck

....Carl Johnson. 603-279-6752. He's on Rte 25 in Meredith. Did all of the surveying for our property. Seems to have a good rapport with the town building / zoning officials as well. Very pleasant to deal with.

I used Jon Rokeh once out on the island. He was great.

Randy Tetreault @ Norway Plains has always done a great job for me and I cannot say enough good things.
The company is based out of Rochester NH and does projects of all size, including work for the state. Randy lives in Wolfeboro and has an office in Alton, covering the lakes region.
His direct number is 603-767-2438

I used Bryan Bailey Assoc in Gilford. He gave me the option to research the subdivision map my deed referred to at the registry of deeds. So I did some legwork myself and saved some money. He was the only one to offer that option.

I would without a doubt recommend Carl Johnson from Advanced Land Surveyors. He has been doing site plans for me the past 7 years. I just closed on a property 2 weeks ago in Meredith and he did the survey and elevation report for my flood insurance. He has never disappointed and I will continue to use him.
