Moultonboro Snowmobile Club

Updated 12/30/13

Snow coverage from last night’s “STORM” ranges for 3” to 4” depending on the area.

Moultonboro Snowmobile Club Trails are open. We ask riders to give us a chance to get out and Pack this snow tonight.
Being as wet as it was it will give us the best chance to establish a solid BASE with the anticipated cold temperatures
do through the next several days.

The forecast is calling for a potentially good sized snow fall Thursday into Friday.

Castle in the Clouds Trails are OPEN.

THE LAKES AND PONDS ARE NOT SAFE AT THIS TIME!!

The Trail that runs through the PLAYGROUND is CLOSED for this Season!

We will try to post any changes as soon as they are available.

Check our Website for up to date Trail Conditions

Hi,

We are working our way back through the trails cutting all of the ice laden hanging branches. It is time consuming, we are doing our best!

I rode Corridor 26 to the Wolfeboro Snack Shack (Transformer Hill) and planned to head for Ossipee via Polly's Crossing and then on the tracks. This trail was not open beyond the garage for the groomer.

I did not go beyond the shack, and the snow conditions were on the thin side.

The Moultonboro Trails were great today. You can see a lot of hard work and time were spent on the trails working with powdery snow. Thank you all.

I did not go over the Castle because of a sign placed by the groomer operator that he was unable to groom this side due to the powdery snow conditions. Anyone go over to Ossipee from this side, and how were the trails? As usual, I hear Ossipee has plenty of snow.

Thanks
