The Mount Washington Hotel offers sleigh rides. It's a nice ride around the grounds of the hotel. Don't know if you have to be a guest at the hotel, though.
Nestlenook Farm in Jackson used to do it, but I believe they are closed after the fire.
We did the Nestlenook sleigh ride several years ago, It was fun despite the weather, which was so cold that the complimentary glass of champagne froze in the glass!

There is a farm on the right hand side of Rt. 28 heading towards Concord that advertises sleigh rides on weekends. They have a little hut alongside their fence. The farm is located halfway between Half Moon Lake and the entrance to Locke Lake colony. The house and barn sit way up on the hill, but it looks like there is a gate near the hut for the sleigh rides.

Heritage Farm Pancake House is in Tilton, off Rt113. Just Google them. They have rides etc. If your into pancakes, they are fantastic. Heritage Farm does the sleigh rides at Mill Falls in Meredith. We went a couple of years ago. Been to Pancake House number of times for pancakes, syrup, eyc.
