Went to plymouth last night and ate at the 6 Burner Bistro, what a nice place. Fire in the fire place, nice inviting house set up and the food was just as nice. A mac and cheese that was more than you could finish, stuffed haddock with crab meat cooked perfect and the burger was on the markand cooked purrrrfect. I'd say the prices were fair for the area with the speacials being a little higher. The server was friendly and was not hovering but always avl.But all in all a very nice experiance we will try it again.:liplick:

I had dinner at 6 Burner last week with a girlfriend. We sat in the lounge area, by the fire. The place was busy for a weekday - only a few empty tables in the entire place. The atmosphere was lovely - I love what they've done with the interior. The bartender was our server and he was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Enjoyed a glass of wine before our dinner - we both ordered one of the specials - a gorgeous piece of grilled swordfish, served over lobster risotto with lobster cream sauce... It was SOOOOO yummy! I sometimes forget about 6 Burner, but it's definately a great option if in Plymouth!

My daughter lives in the area of Six Burner and we go there quite often. Love it?...never had a disappointing meal. It's great for lunch also.

If you haven't been to 6 Burner recently, you need to get back and check it out! Recent renovations include expanded dining space, a beautiful outdoor porch, and future function space on the second floor. Sit in the bar area in the eve and Dan, the bartender, will take good care of you. The food continues to be fresh, delicious, and locally sourced as much as possible. LOVE the bistro salad with salmon for lunch. Can't go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu for dinner. Seriously, one of our favorite spots.

Sounds good. Where is it located? My granddaughter just started her freshman year at Plymouth State, so we will probably be heading up that way soon.

Six Burner Bistro is located in an 1850's farmhouse on South Main Street in Plymouth, NH.
Our dining room is intimate with a cozy wood burning fireplace and our pub is quaint with outdoor seating in nice weather.
Our amazing chef Rob uses locally raised beef and shops daily for the freshest produce gathered from farms in the Plymouth area.

And this photo is pre-renovation - it's even better now! 6 Burner is at the southern end of Main Street, across the street from Rite Aid. Check it out!
