Does Skelly's sell Bailey Bubbles Ice Cream. The sign says Bailey's, but when I asked the cashier, he said no, it is Richardson's, which is also written on their sign.
And when I went to Bailey's Ice Cream in Wolfeboro, their sign also says Richardson's on.
Can anybody explain? Thanks.

I believe that Bailey's and Skelley's are owned by the same people, and that they sell ice cream made wholesale by Richardson's. Johnson's in New Durham on Rt. 11 also sell's Richardson's ice cream. Also, I've noticed they all serve GIANT portions!
The Skelleys still own Bailey's Bubble, but Bailey's is not owned by the Bailey/Skelley family any more. The original owners of the place on South Main (Bailey's)had a daughter and son. The daughter married a Skelley. The Skelley's son and daughter have the bubble. (unless things have changed and I didn't hear about it) The son had the motel in back. That also was sold. The Bailey's also used to run Dockside.

So the Skelley's on 109 (i think Moultonboro) is not owned by the skelley's/ bailey's bubble people?

And Bailey's is no longer Bailey's. It's now Morrissey's Front Porch, owned by different people.
Whatever kind it is Skelleys has excellent ice cream. If you like Maple Walnut it's great there. The Walnuts in it are huge not little pieces, in most cases you bite into 1/2 a piece of nut and plenty of them.
Yes, the store in Moultonboro is still owned by the Skelleys and the old Pronto Market in Wolfeboro is owned by the Skelleys.
